Host an Event

Thank you for considering Canon Coffee as the venue for your upcoming special event! Our Back Room seats up to 35 and offers a warm, semi-private space perfect for special events. No matter what you’re hosting, we’ll work with you to create something smooth and memorable.

Use the calendar below to view current availability for our rooms. We update it regularly to help you find a time that works!

    • A $25 refundable deposit is required to reserve the space
      (refunded after your event or applied to your Canon tab)

    • An additional $25 refundable deposit is required when placing a large order in advance
      (refunded after your event or absorbed into food costs)

    • Standard rental pricing:

      • $50 – when ordering food or drinks from Canon

      • $75 – if bringing outside food

    • Seating for 25–35 people, depending on setup

    • Room includes conference table, piano, kids’ area, and built-in shelving (these must stay in place)

    • No adhesives, nails, or coverings on the ice machine (fire hazard)

    • Staff may occasionally pass through the room for supplies or to use the oven

    • You’re welcome to request photos or stop by to view the space in advance

    • Guests are welcome to decorate, but setup and cleanup must happen within your reserved time, and all decor should be handled by your group.

  • If you’d like Canon to provide food or drinks for your event:

    • Let us know if guests will order individually or if you’ll open a tab

    • For food, we can help you finalize a group order ahead of time

    • Payment can be made in advance or day-of
